ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
During high order volumes, sales, or special occasions, processing times may be slightly delayed.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website or product page.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and updates are managed by the courier partner.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment.

DELAYS & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Pet Side Story and its parent company FEEBIO are not responsible for delays caused by:

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at petsidestory@gmail.com with:

We will review the issue and assist you as per our internal resolution process.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.
